FILM OF THE MONTH: TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD

We are going to start 2010 with a tender film dealing with values and prejudices . The lawyer Atticus Finch is one of the most honest characters in the history of cinema and it is wonderfully played by Gregory Peck. A film you mustn't miss, come to see it on Wednesday January 27th at 5pm in room A027.

Comenzamos el 2010 con una película muy tierna que aborda temas como los prejuicios y los valores. El abogado Atticus Finch es uno de los personajes más honestos de la historia del cine y está magistralmente interpretado por Gregory Peck. Una película para no perderse el próximo miércoles 27 de enero a las 5 de la tarde en el aula A027.

Happy New Year for everybody! We are back to school again, with a lot of snow but ready to face the new term.

Do you remember "The Big Challenge"? Es ese concurso de lengua y cultura inglesa en el que siempre tenemos tan buenos resultados.

Last year, Sergio and Roberto, the two boys who appear in the picture, got two regional prizes.

Este año también vamos a participar, si estáis interesados comentádselo a vuestro profes de inglés y traed los 3 euros de la inscripción. I f you are interested in taking part this year, tell your English teacher and bring 3 euros for the registration.
